Baking & Ingredients
Whilst we love our cakes & dessert tables/towers to look stunning we also like them to taste equally as wonderful, for us its all about the taste. Julia Florence Cake Design is for people who love good cake!
All of our cakes are baked from scratch in our cake studio using the supreme flours, creamy butters, free range eggs, the very best preserves and fillings. All of our tiers consist of 4 layers of sponge with 3 fillings of your choice, they are then coated in chocolate ganache to ensure freshness and are iced in the very best quality sugar pastes and fondants to ensure the perfect finish and taste.
Cake Menu
We have a varied Cake Menu with 8 flavours offering something for everyone and use the very best ingredients to ensure we produce cakes that taste beautiful and that your wedding guests will remember.
We also design the most beautiful wedding favours, which again taste as good as they look. We offer Cookies, Macaroons, Cake Pops, Brownies and the cutest Mini Cake Jar Wedding Favours. All of these can be designed to fit with your theme and personalised to suit your needs.

Pricing & Portion Sizes
Our cakes are bespoke and are priced individually, please contact us with your ideas and wishes and we will happily provide pricing options for you. Prices are based on the amount of detail, design and the amount of time a cake will take to make and decorate.
Our portion sizes are finger sized portions of 1” x 1” x 5” deep, these can be halved into 1/2 finger portions of 1″ x 1″ x 2.5″ deep creating smaller double the amount of portions stated,

Larger Statement Cakes:
If you’d like a statement cake but do not require lots of cake portions we can provide a cake with “dummy” tiers so you are not left with lots of cake which will not get eaten. Contact us to discussion your individual requirements
Dessert & Cake Towers
We specialise in making the most stunning dessert & cupcake towers which will be the showpiece of your wedding.
These can incorporate all of the things you love if you wish for them to feature in your wedding. We can design a cupcake tower with our beautiful cupcakes or for the “Wow Factor” we can create a dessert tower adding beautiful cookies, macaroons, meringue kisses, brownie/blondies & even mini cake jars.

Dessert Tables & Towers
Creating something special which can add the “Wow Factor” to your wedding can be the addition of beautiful individually designed dessert table. Sweet treats we offer are Mini cakes, cupcakes, cakepops, cookies, cake jars macaroons, macaroon pops, brownies and meringue kisses.
Each dessert table is individually designed to the specific requirements of each couple.
Each dessert table is priced individually and we will work the all budgets.

Wedding Favours
We also design and make the most beautiful wedding favours, which again taste as good as they look. We offer Cookies, Macaroons, Cake Pops, Brownies and the cutest Mini Cake Jar Wedding Favours. Our stunning Cake Vases offer something very different and will bring the “Wow Factor” to your wedding. All of these can be designed to fit with your theme and personalised to suit your needs.
